Yes- car parking passes need to purchased on the vehicles booking page.
We have many wellness sessions and workshops throughout the day from yoga, pilates, barre, breathwork, sound baths and much much more.
There is no booking required for the sessions in the Movement Tent, Meditation Tent, Talk Tent, Fitness Tent, Sharing Space and Kids Field.
Pre-booking online or booking onsite will be required for all the other workshops.
Please bring ALL your own equipment, e.g. yoga mats and blocks, and water bottles.
Also, remember to bring swimwear if you plan to do the Wim Hof sessions or use the sauna. There will be changing facilities onsite.
Lastly, we know what the British weather can be like so pack a brolly and some extra layers, and a blanket if it gets chilly.
Food can not be brought into the main arena unless there is a specific requirement to do so. This can be discussed by emailing hello@wellnessinthewild.co.uk.
Whilst we do allow you to bring your own alcohol and food for consumption on the campsite please support our lovely local bars and traders.
We have made sure that we have a fantastic selection of food traders, and are bars will be selling a wide selection of drinks.
Yes, there will be toilets and warm showers onsite.
Our aim is that as much of festival as possible will be accessible by wheelchair, although the ground can be quite bumpy.

There is a medical tent onsite during the weekend.
The health and safety of everyone attending the festival a huge priority.
Wellness in the Wild is an outdoor festival and all of our activities take place outdoors or in well-ventilated tents.
Absolutely, there is a kids field with a schedule of amazing activities. They will however, need supervision during these sessions.
Kids can also join the sessions in the main tents.

Unfortunately, we don’t allow dogs onsite during the festival.
Yes, there is water onsite so that you can fill up your bottle and stay hydrated during the day.
Alcohol Consumption:
Wellness in the Wild operates a challenge 25 policy at all bars – if you are ordering a drink please make sure you have a valid form of ID.
Smoking:
All public and working enclosed spaces onsite are no smoking, This also includes all tents and marquees onsite.
If you do smoke, please use the official smoking areas on site and do not dispose your butt on the ground as this could be a fire hazard.
There are no cash machines onsite so please bring any necessary cash with you. The nearest cash machine outside of the festival is at the Co-op in Rickinghall.
All traders, therapists, workshops etc will be accepting card at the event.

From London and Cambridge:
Follow the A14 until you reach Bury St. Edmunds. Come off at junction 43 towards the A143 signposted towards Diss. Follow the A143 until you reach the exit to Hinderclay, Rickinghall, Botesdale. Come off at this exit and follow the road until you enter Rickinghall. Signs for the festival will then be shown as you reach the church on the left hand side.
From Norwich:
Follow the A140 until you reach Scole. At the second roundabout follow the A143 towards Bury St. Edmunds. Follow the A143 until you see the sign to Redgrave, Rickinghall, Botesdale. Follow the B1113 and then take the left turning that is signposted towards Rickinghall and Botesdale. Continue along the road until you get to a church on the right hand side. Here you will see signposts towards the festival.
From Ipswich:
Join the A14 towards Cambridge. Come off at junction 51 and join the A140 towards Norwich. Turn left towards Finningham and Wickham Skeith next to the White Horse Inn. Then turn right signposted towards Gislingham and Mellis next to The Four Horseshoes Pub. Then turn left where it is signed towards Gislingham. When you reach the village hall turn right towards Rickinghall and Bury St. Edmunds. Follow this road until you reach the B1113. Turn right here and follow this road until you reach the A143. Turn right onto the A143 and then immediately left down Rectory Hill. At the bottom of the hill turn right. You will then see a signpost towards the festival.
The nearest train station is Diss which is 15 minutes from the festival site. Please make sure to book your taxi in advance of your train journey.

Camping is included in the weekend ticket price.
The campsite will open at 2pm on Friday 18th July.
There will be plenty of space to pitch your tent. There will also be toilet and shower facilities.
