MEDITATION

A place to give your mind space to relax, refocus and reset.

Sessions include Sound Healing, Mindfulness, Forest Bathing, Yoga Nidra and more.

WHAT'S ON

Sound Healing

A deeply relaxing and moving treatment that harnesses the sound and vibrations of the gong, singing bowls and drum to create a meditative state in which the body is safe to release stress and bring both body and mind back into balance.

Breathwork

Breathwork helps us take conscious control of breathing to help rebalance the nervous system and  improve our mental, emotional, and physical state. These interactive sessions incorporate informative participation in group breathwork, and effective techniques and tips to take home.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness allows us to be fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts and feelings without distraction or judgment. During the sessions there will be mindful breathing, body scan and grounding practices.

Walking Meditation

An opportunity to bring our attention to the natural environment at the festival. Take in the sounds, sights and smells while slowly moving through the beautiful woodland.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. The practice brings our attention inwards. Here we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium.

Forest Bathing

This Japanese practice is a process of relaxation that brings a tranquility amongst the trees. Observe the natural environment around you whilst breathing deeply to help relieve stress and anxiety.

Tai Chi

Tai chi involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai chi originated as an ancient martial art in China.

Shamanic Drumming

Shamanic drumming sessions connect to the ancient wisdom and power of the drum using the rhythmic beats to help as a gateway to altered states of consciousness, expanding your awareness and supporting deep relaxation and healing to occur.
