FESTIVAL OPENING TIMES: 18th-20th June 2025: Gates open at 2pm on Friday 18th July and close at 7pm on Sunday 20th July.
Please note: Opening times and running orders are subject to change without warning. Any changes will be published online and at specific locations at the festival.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR TICKET: Your ticket price includes entry into Wellness in the Wild Festival, normal camping, and all the sessions in the Movement, Meditation, Talk, and Fitness and Kids tent. Parking, boutique camping, food, drink, treatments, make tent classes and other workshops are an additional cost. These can either be pre-booked with links on the website or booked onsite.
1. ALCOHOL SALES: ALCOHOL SALES: Wellness in the Wild operates a challenge 25 policy at all bars – if you are ordering a drink please make sure you have a valid form of ID listed below: The following forms of identification are accepted: • A Passport (not a photocopy) • An EU Photocard • Driving Licence • A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram • A Ministry of Defence identity card • A National identity card issued by an EU member state.
2. SMOKING: There is no smoking at Wellness in the Wild Festival, aside from designated areas. We respectfully ask you to adhere to this rule.
3. ADMISSIONS POLICY: All admissions are strictly through pre-bought tickets via the Wellness in the Wild Festival. We will be unable to grant entry without receipt of your ticket. This can be either shown on your phone or printed.
Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without prior written consent of Wellness in the Wild Festival.
4. WHAT TO BRING:
Your yoga or pilates mat- these will not be provided at the festival.
A water bottle- bring your re-usable bottle to the festival. There will taps onsite to fill up your bottles
As the British weather can be unpredictable then please bring a brolly and extra layers.
5. THINGS YOU CANNOT BRING: Please don’t bring any of your own food and drink to Wellness in the Wild (except baby food/milk). Other things not to bring
Disposable BBQ’s, fire pits, pyrotechnics
Weapons of any kind
Illegal drugs and legal highs
You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrances. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities onsite may be searched. *Please note: SoulCirucs Ltd (SC) or personnel appointed by SC can refuse entry/possession of any items below at their discretion.
Dogs are not permitted on the festival site
No drones or similar equipment without written permission from Wellness in the Wild
Please note: Wellness in the Wild festival staff and volunteers or personnel appointed by the festival can refuse entry at their discretion and ask anyone found to possess the above items to leave the site
Wellness in the Wild festival has a zero tolerance policy regarding physical or verbal abuse towards its staff, volunteers or nominated personnel. Anyone found to be acting in this manner will be asked to leave the festival site.
6. CAMPSITE PARTIES: No parties or loud music is to be played on the campsite. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in the attendee being requested to leave the event. Loud music will be deemed ‘loud’ if it can be heard directly outside of the tent. This will be monitored by both the onsite crew at the festival. No refunds will be issued for failure to adhere to the guidance issued by our noise management officer and/or the security team.
7.ACCESS
We aim to make the festival as accessible as possible via wheelchair. Please email hello@wellnessinthewild.co.uk with any specific questions regarding access requirements.
8. WATER
We will have onsite water taps around the festival site.
9.DAMAGE/LOSSES
Wellness in the Wild is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at this event- other than cause as a result of our negligence.
10. FESTIVAL FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Wellness in the Wild will be using a company to film and photograph the festival for marketing the event on our website and social media platforms. If you or your children do not want to be filmed or photographed then please let us know by sending an email to hello@wellnessinthewild.co.uk.
11. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Tickets are not transferable and only valid when purchased from the Wellness in the Wild website.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. This also applies to tickets which have been left at home, lost at or any point prior to arrival at the festival.
Refunds are only considered on event cancellation or a special exception determined by Wellness in the Wild.
